Master Blinds Solution
Draperies are a little different from mere window coverings because they hang all the way down to the floor.
Motorized draperies need slightly stronger motors than most other treatments to deal with their greater mass, but the convenience and effort-saving are easily worth it! Mr. Amari went with the classic heavy drapery for his combination theater and lounge room. To provide the muscle power, we equipped the drapery with a remote-controlled motorized slider from our friends at Somfy. Installing the drapery was a little more work than usual since not all of the tracks’ length ran along a window top.
On the plus side, wiring the motor into the house’s power circuits was easy!
