Even very thin, lightweight blinds can be completely impassable to light if you just give them a super-opaque back layer. The panels of blackout blinds overlap completely when you rotate them shut, so absolutely no visible light can make it in or out. Total privacy, and totally undisturbed sleep even when there are lights flashing outside all night long. Mr. Petrikes wanted both of his compact rental units outfitted, and since both their windows were the same size and shape we only needed one template.
Manufacturing was rapid, and installation straightforward.
