Mrs. Verid remodeled her kitchen and combined two smaller windows into a single nine-foot-long one. Vertical blinds became a more efficient covering than the old pair of roller shades she had.
Master Blinds Solution
We installed a set of free-hanging vertical faux-wood slats.
These Venetian style vertical blinds are bound together at their attachment points and connected to a rotating rod.
Rotate right to spin the vertical blinds open, and rotate left to turn them closed. The panels hang from rollers that move along a track on the upper window frame, so you can flatten them against the side.
