Faced with a tricky situation with a pair of very large but old motorized blinds, I failed to get any help from many deemed specialists, including the manufacturer, until I contacted Master Blinds. They figured out a creative solution to my problem and got the blinds up and running in no time. Brilliant. I have no problem recommending them.

Worked with Leo. Had him come by my house a couple times so we can go through the material selection. Throughout the entire process, Leo was patient and was very responsive to all my texts and questions There were times that I felt he was just telling me something in order for it to fit the materials they had (I had already done a ton of research online and had a general sense of what I was looking for). As a salesperson, do I blame him, not really but I would have appreciated if it hadn't happen; though, I wasn't going to toss out the entire relationship because of that. Leo ultimately assisted me in getting to where I wanted to get, with all my tens of questions For installation, they came and efficiently installed the shades. I was so surprised how quickly they worked. One of the windows' shades looks like the shade material might be loose (curvature in the shadow that comes through). Was told that it was because it's new. Will see how it turns out once things have settled. Overall, I would seek out their services in the future and refer others to them.
